Jollibee or McDonalds,KFC or Chowking,etc.These fast growing fast food chains are selling like hotcakes.People patronizes fast foods becuase it is cheaper and fast.Most of its customers are the children who fancied their foods and toys.But are we sure that what we are getting is the right nutrition?Is it true that all we can get is preservatives?The management of those fast food chains must also consider the nutrition they are giving to their customers.It is best if they upgrade their foods and find some alternative that are more nutritious without affecting its quality.Time flies and these fast food chains will be all over the world.At least they can pay back their customer with a healthier foods.

For me, I would choose Jollibee and McDonald as a fast food chain. I would choose Chowking for merienda time and KFC for dine in foods. I love that fast food chain and because I love the food the have. Jollibee and McDonalds love also of my 2 kids. They also love the food of that fast food chain specially the spaghetti and the hamburger.

Even though fast food is getting popular day by day among those whose life is very busy but I think fast food are very bad to the health as it contains so much calories and it is like a poison for people who suffer from blood pressure and diabetis and it also increase the chance of heart attack.
