You'll get paid here only once a month on the 13-15th of every month. Lets say by the 20th of january you've reach your $10 dollars then you are qualified to received payment but actually you'll be paid according to what you've earned until the end of the month. You'll get full amount in your balance payment time comes. It doesnt take long really to get the payment as what i mentioned above payments are due every 13-15 of every month(when you reach payout).

It depends. You can set it with the minimum of 10 dollar and then when it reach that amount it can get send to your paypal. However, to retract the money from paypal I think you need about 150 ?

technically you get paid immediately after you accumulate $10. personally i think it may take a long time. maybe 10 days if you post 100 per day.
