I like running.Some people say that it is better for us to run at night than in the morning. What's your opinion? Thank you ! Wish to be your good friend!

i like running but i,m laziness so someday to do ,i think night very well

I run in the early mornings when the sun is out or coming out...I never run at night, I'm scared due to people being kidnapped for worst harmed...The sun has to be up, sunrise or a little before sunset
