Beer is it good for Hair?

Hey i have seen people washing their hair with Beer...does this effects...i find it pretty strange....! But people say that your Hair becomes shiner with Beer Is it true??

heard it for the first time so really don't know whether it is good or not all that shines is not gold similarly all that people advice might not always be good

Its something which has NOT been proved scientifically ! Maybe its one of those many things for which only postulates and theories exist ! but NO prrof ! best wishes !
