what shall i do? parents or lover?

see i am 27 years old male from india... i love a girl and parents are not agreeing for the marriage... they are saying that the girls family is not good... i am in a fuss now... shall i go and get married to girl or shall i follow my parents instructions? as they say what ever they say is for my good... of course they are more experienced then me but i at the same time i love the girl... what to do? your advice is welcomed...
