I discovered today that USA in 1993 started a project called HAARP (= High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program). They have 180 antennas that can transmit from 2.8 to 10MHZ frequency and a power of 3.6 MW! This project was jointly funded by United States Air Force, the Navy, and the University of Alaska. Project site is near Gakona, in Alaska! Officially is a scientifical project, instead for russian is a dangerous weapon, that could change weather in any regions of Earth! I've heard that this year HAARP will be finished with all 180 antennas and it will gain full power! It was all based on Tesla researches!
