anyone tried l-glutathione whitening capsules before?

eversince i've moved out and lived here near by the sea i see my skin darkened a bit. my arms are tanned while the rest of my body are fair when they used to be even-toned. i've heard of the medicine that whitens skin but are quite expensive. if i have to buy for the price what then is the best glutathione in the market?

hi friend. i've used this kind of whitening capsules for a couple of months, about three months i think. i bought these capsules at watson's, i bet you know what i'm saying. it's true it's really expensive that's why i stopped taking it, if only i have enough budget i'll continue. there are many brands there that you can choose, all us brands are expensive. but i think they have local brands now too.

I read you tried the capsules form watson, did it owrk for you? do you still have to take vit. c even if it already contains vit. c and lipoic acid?

i haven't tried the capsules but i am currently using the soap version of glutathione :) i can say that it works for me. it would really help if you'll be taking vitamin c with glutathione, whether it's a soap or capsule. also don't forget your sunblock if you plan on going out especially if you'll be exposed to sunlight. i suggest you use the ones made from USA. i've heard a lot of positive feedbacks from those capsules made from the US. But hey, it's still your choice :)

I think you should buy American brands that are for sure from the US. Buy from US websites. But you can't have sun exposure with this or it will be hard to whiten. You will also need to compute your weight and intake. You also need to take Vitamin C with this.

from what country are you? here in the philippines, the best brands are Active White (US BRAND) and japanese brands. the best glutathiones are those with vitamin c and with alpha lipoic acid since both mentioned are anti-oxidants and good for the skin. ive tried active white and it reduced my tanning from too much swimming. you can also try Immunocal which works like glutathione capsules. although both will be put to wastye if you dont use too much sunblock. hope this helped. thanks
