indeed reply ! you can try downloading some good softwares available easily and gets hands on practice ! you will not retain tutorial and all always ! but once you learn how to work over software or tool ! then you will be very fast each time ! this will save your time and will increase your efficiency

Those are the 3 best sites to learn Flash, at least I think they are :-).
You can also search for forums.
People at the forums will always help you if you're into troubles :-D.

I can give you a site www.flashkit.com but I prefer you to buy a cheap used book from amazon for like $20 or maybe less but if you want a site I can give it to you. please ask and email me.
if you respond I get an email so thats easier.
