to these companies expolit its employees?

According to me all the call centres expolit all its agents to the maximum by not giving them enough holidays or weekly offs and they can fire u anytime ,also u might never know when the process goes away one day u have a job and the next day u r unemployed .This industry is mentally torturing me now

There's always good and bad side of everything. Even if they let the agents work during weekends or holidays, I think they are compensated for that. You may be unemployed the next day you know, but if you really are good.. then there's no reason to worry since there are hundreds of outsourcing companies in line for you.. (unless you're a lousy one of course!)
This is also the same industry that helps the Philippines economy to improve right now.

but still there is a job insecurity hanging over u,when they fire you it takes time for a person to find the next job as the result his or her pockets takes a serious punch and as a result u suffer from depression ,but for these companies they think they are god and ask all its agemts to work like donkey and dont expect anythin in return

I dont know what kind of call center or company your currently employed. However, I dont have any problem with my work I've been a regular employee with my company thus security of tenure is no longer any issue for me. what you can actually do is to look for a company that will take care of you..good luck and Godbless :)
