Which antispyware will u suggest mee to use to remove spywares

Now a days number of spy removers are available in market such as spydoctor,spyremover,spysweeper,ad-aware which one is good.I used some of them i find ad-aware is quite good whereas spydoctors needs more virtual memory.What do u think?
