INDIA has technology? Or is it just boasting about it?

Even though India is progressing, it appears that it lacks essential technology. If not, then why would there be a need for imports in all aspects.

india does not lack in technology.. we dont notice the progress coz of its immense population and dirty politcs... india has clients from many countries and its technically emerging as a powerfull country.... the bpos are emerging verymuch coz of the immense manpower...
