I live in Florida and currently Motorcycle Riders are not required to have insurance on their bikes. I recently was rear ended by a motorcycle who was going 70-80 MPH, it was his fault, but since he does not have insurance, my insurance has to pay and I owe a $250 deductible, if he refuses to pay this outright, I will either have to pay or take him to court. What do you think?

Yes, i also think the same way as you think, I don't think we need to have motorcyle insurance. I have a motor cycle insurance with and pay premium every year with no use and have not claimed it at all. i have had minor accidents but still i did claim for because claiming for motor insurance is a very tedious process in our country and it will consume a lot of time and energy from us. Even though having motor insurance is compulsary in our place and that's the only reason why i had to unwantingly pay for insurance premium every year.
