I received a letter from (affiliated with once ESPAN), Loteria del Rosario Romano, n*19 PLanta 5, 28014, Madrid-Spain Tel/fax+34 695 020 142. I was informed attention:STAKE WINNER; award notication final notice.I was told on Sept 22,2006 my ticket number 025-11-464-992-750 drew the lucky number13-15-16-21-34-36 Which won the lottery in the 3rd category.the letter went on to say I have been approved for a lump sum pay of $815,950.00 incash credited to file fef #EG/008045160027.Which is a total cash prize of $25,756,820.00 to be shared among other winners. My fund is now deposited with a finance company insured to my name. To claim, my winning I have to contact my claim agent Sr.Luis Miquel, the foreign Service manager of Pacific Security and Parcel Service Company S.A. on TEL:011 34 653 033 710, fax:01134 662 143 803 for processing and remittance of my prize money.I called and spoke with an agent, and told them I am calling to claim my winnings. I was told I needed to forward a copy of My Id to varify who I was, and that I would have to pay 5% (40,000.00+) for them to act as my agent and pick up my winning, or I must come to pick it up my self. I told him I could not do busines with someone I did not know, so could he please fax me a copy of his Id.He declined to show me proof of who He was. I would would pay another agent to act on my behalf.If this is not a scam do you know some one who would like to make some money.
