I keep bothering myself why I am jealous, are you also jealous?

For the past years I notice that I am jealous and not only jealous to my girl lover but to all my girlfriend that I like and also my elder sisters. It happen on a day when I went to visit my sister in her shop, I met a guy there and I stare at the guy in a bad mood which makes the guy to leave the place after noticing my mood. After the guy had left, my sister now told me that the guy is not her friend that he only came to ask for someone she knows. I now told my sister that even if the guy is her boyfriend, I am less concerned about that, but I also told her that I don't know what can make me stop jealous because of the consequences of jealousness. What can you say about that, is it good to be jealous at her loved ones, if it is good, explain your own vain and if it is not, kindly explain your own vains
