Has anyone here used Commission Junction? Did you make any money with them? What affiliate programs did you join to make that money? Which ones were unsuccessful?
Please let me know all of your experiences.
So far I have tried a number of affiliate programs through CJ and so far have not made a penny, I'm getting clicks, but not getting any sales.

i have tried many affiliate marketing sites and i found it very impossible to make any money. i tried for about a month to make some sales but have never made any. this is going to be the next best thing so you should sign up to day here:

You do need to have a little more patience than that :-) - it requires building a good site, getting the traffic to it and promoting relevant products etc. As for agloco - can I ask if that's even working yet? I keep seeing it being promoted but as far as I know they just keep delaying the toolbar or whatever it is.

I signed up with them a couple of years ago and got one check and then right before i reached the payout the 2nd time they for some reason kicked me outof program for no reason and ne reply. so i waited a month and signed up again and right when I was within pennies of earning payout i was kicked off again. I have heard of this happening to others too.

I've been using their program for a couple of days now, and have yet to see any sales. Probably just hasn't been enough time to really judge though.
I would recommend that if you're having trouble with traffic converting, maybe you should opt for a pay-per-lead type affiliate rather than a per-sale, since there are generally less steps for the user to take before you get your cut. It's also possible that if you're using an link obfuscation techniques that the referral information is falling off and you aren't getting credit.
