Do you believe that we have a purpose in life?

Some times I feel like days pass by and my life stays the same, without accomplishing great things, everything looks dull and tedious, living a life almost mechanically and doing the same things over and over again. The I think that this is the result of not havong goals or a lack of enthusiasm to do new things and meaningful with my life, I guess I have to start all over again and set my priorities, do you believe we are here to help someone or help changing bad habits in society?
