how can we download the updates of xp, is it needed for any validation for downlaoding updates

yeah if you wants xp updats then you must need registerd version of xp. or else you need xp with service pack 2. if you can install service pack 2 then you can directly enter to microsoft website and download updates. but i dont know anyway to update without internet connection.

i haven't really tried updating Windows XP offline. I think it is better to update it online so that you'll get the latest updates possible. =)
