or..when the proud is more important that love.why boys especially tends to not recognize their feelings and make girls suffer by telling them that they were misunderstood ,the only thing they`ve wanted was to be friends not lovers.and then when they see that they could lose the loved person they admit they were wrong in the past ,but it`s too late.why do they do that?
