Do you believe in Ghosts? Have you ever seen one?

This is a controversial topic, many people believe in them but there as just as many people who don't aswell. I am interested in hearing your opinions aswell as your experiences. As for me, I do believe in Ghosts and also I believe that I have seen one. It was when I was younger and I was staying over at my Grandmas house, it was the middle of the night and for some reason I couldn't get to sleep, so I sat up in bed and thre in the corner of the room was this man. He was dessed in black, a suit if I remember rightly. He also wore a black hat, like a flat cap. Anyway he was just stood facing the corner, when he turned round and he was holding some red flowers, like tulips or poppies. But he turned round and seemed to stare right through me, then he came towards me and just vanished. The funny thing though, reading this back now it sounds like I would have been scared, but to be honest I remember this so vividly and I just had a total feeling of calmness, I never once thought I was in danger. I didn't even have trouble getting back to sleep afterwards. That moment will stay wit me for the rest of my life I think, and is all the proof I need to say that Ghosts exist.
