Do you think getting Chris webber was a good decision for the Detroit Pistons?

I feel that Chris Webber has become old and can't really benefit Detroit in anyway. The only thing he could provide is advice and experience, which most of the Pistons already have(playoff experience).

i think the pistons made a good deal of signing chris webber. he fits into the pistons offense since he's a big man who could pass, something the pistons leading scorer richard hamilton needs. plus, although he's a bit old, he could still attract the defense since he could still score, so he could pass up to shooters like chauncey billups. and more importantly, he brings nba experience to the pistons. the pistons have 4 championship caliber players and c-webb is a proven nba veteran. the pistons have a decent record since signing webber, and still they're very consistent

Yeah I think that c-webb was good for the detroit Pistons because he is an good passer and he fits right in. They need sombody of that good calibur on the team. They record with c-webb is 21-10. So yeah I think that is was an great decision for Joe D to sign him.

Not quite yet. If he remains healthy Pistons can make a positive run this year. I do agree that hes running low on fuel and at maximum hes got 3 years left in him. He can still provide 20-10 when we need him to step up. He signed for cheap so it wasn't a bad deal. If we can dish in Corey Maggette or Bonzi Wells they could be the missing peice to the puzzle of another championship run. Give it some time and I'm sure you will be suprised even if your not a Detroit fan.
