Anbody Know how to post bulletins on my space?

I am new at my space and I read the bulletins and respond to them but I do not know how to post them. Any body know how to do this?

You should have a link on your main page that is under your default picture that says 'post bulletin' and that should take you where you need to go. Have fun! www.myspace.com/mylife1982
