Is working in Call Centers really hard?

I have worked in a cell center before and its a quite easy job. The only problem you would have is the graveyard shifts. Its kinda weird going home in the morning when everyone is leaving home to go to their day jobs. But I am guessing some people get used to it eventually. If you want just to earn good money, go apply in a call center. Just stay there for a few months, maximum of a yeAR and then get a job that you really will enjoy and not on the graveyard shift. ;)

I don't no much more about call centers hence am working in software technology, Tomorrow morning I'm going for a call center interview. i got an appointment, I have planned to join in call center because well salary as compare to current job. As i came to know about call center one of my friend his working in call center he was sad that doing night shift's are strain and not comfort to do. Nature of work is just attending the calls from Clint place and giving information about the product (subject) your concern.

I work night shifts, and some people never get used to it. I don't know what you'd be talking about with your customers because I don't know what kind of business it is. It could be anything, banking, phones, wireless, whatever.

yeah,its really hard. ive known alot of persons who used to work in call center and they really lose weight and its like they didn't sleep for like months! and many of them quite because they can stand the long hours of awake during the night.
