Most of my evenings I chill out in a lovely lowlight place in Dubai, the place kind of mixed café, restaurant, Bar with live music, I met different kind of people everyday, as the city is becoming an international business hub, in this place you may come cross 20 or more nationality in one evening, last Thursday I enjoyed the company of the piano player wife, the couple are Jamaican’s, after the first round of the slow Jam the husband joined us and here goes the story: Orin is the piano / keyboard player migrated to Dubai three years back and when first got the offer to come and play here he told me that he asked for an armored car and 24/7 security company at the place where he is going to stay and where he is going to play, Man now Orin couldn’t stop laughing him self telling me the story, he said that the rest of the band chinked out at Miami airport and sent him alone and he should report to the is the middle east is a safe place to work in, his employer couldn’t believe the request and thought that was a Jamaican joke!!! But the realty is what people see on the western television shows the middle east worse than what Orin have expected to see and face, I’m sure the majority in the west would do what my friend Orin did, and here I’m trying to tell the otherwise. And my friend got more than 25 of his friends to relocate themselves to live and work here after they discovered that the people here are as human as anywhere else! And Politicians are crap,
