I don't earn money or revenue directly from my website but it is a referral site so if people follow the links and join the reliable sites I have put on there, I will earn some money in the long run.

I am planning to do so. This is the best and most ideal business to generate income and be able to still enjoy free time. I do not like to be tied down to my salaried job. Recently I started my website which is under construction still. But this year, it is going to be my business tool. I still have a lot of things to learn.

I earn money from my website. I don't want revenues, I want payments. I just use paid-to-promote sites which pays you for banner impressions on your website. About .50 CPM(Cost Per Thousand) meaning your page will be viewed by 1 thousand unique visitors in order to get paid the .50.

Yes and No...
I have just over a dozen websites, some earn me money regularly and others are more sparatic and need some tweaking to even out the income from them. I tend to stretch myself too thin sometimes and I notice it only as my income drops.
I like mulitple streams of income and I create different websites to promote different products or services that I find on Commission Junction.
I am a website designer and have clients that I help to earn an online income and these clients host with me also so I earn a monthly hosting fee from each of them also.
But I love it, what else could I do that is this much fun and still work from my home. Well if they would pay me to fly fish I would do that, I guess. :)
Even though I get really busy I have fun creating more websites. I am just now working on 2 new sites, updating 4 client sites and adding 10 sub-domains to one of my eBook sites.
Then this morning I get a call from a client that I have had for 5 years now and he wants to do a joint venture with me. He is a genius and does quite well so I would be a fool to turn that down.
Multiple streams of income are the key to financial success and stability. If one goes down you replace and it doesn't stop all of your income.
So to answer your question I have to say yes I make money, I make my full living off the Internet through affiliate marketing, WebDesign Clients and Web Hosting.

Very good topic indeed... Well I have my own blog about my making money online journey (no I am not a guru on it.. YET). I just released my very 1st week of earnings on my blog after 3 weeks since I started it. Of course the first 2 weeks was merely laying down the foundations and making the site function well.
Here is my blog is you guys are interested:

Oh yeah... in just 3 weeks I made enough money to register my own domain name... so happy with it.
Cheers!

I have not actually started earning from my blog or website yet but I will be there very shortly.Last few days I was busy with finding some free hosts who can register and host my own domain name.Blogs dont provide you that freedom,as you have to add their name as well.
So,as far as your topic goes,no,I havent started it yet

I am currently starting up my own site, but I sure hope I can generate some cash from it all. Otherwise I'll just have to stick with my lot and my other internet sources of money.
