Since I work in a call center, it's not new that my work scheds are off hours.
For 8 months i learned to love my shift which is 4AM to 1PM. and since our office is in a mall, after office hours i love that i can stroll in the mall everyday!
But just recently, This month (January), i needed to change schedule due to training stuffs. it was changed to 10PM to 7AM.
It's hard for me to cope!
i mean, i'm currently having a hard time adjusting my sleeping patterns. although it's too early fo r me to react, but i always feel so sleepy.
my head aches.
and i don't get to see the mall open!
Anyway... what would you do if you were on my shoes?.
Please don't suggest that i change work huh, cause i love what i do....

Looks you got good job before they changed your schedule time :)
and relax i wont tell you to change your job ;)
Did you tried to ask for changing it back?
Or even better having somehow 3 days working in your old sched
and 1 day in the new one and other days for diffrent sched
Try to ask them , there is nothings wrong by asking them :}
By the way you will get used to your new schedule if one month passed or even less
hop's you get back your old schedule :}
and good luck by asking them :]

thanks for the recommendation. :D
apparently changing it back is not an option as this time. perhaps on the next couple of months.

You need to adjust your body's sleep schedule. I would recommend staying awake till 3-4 PM then take your sleep, it will be tough for the first week while your body adjusts. THis is what I do when I work those kinda shifts
