What's the purpose of approving friend requests if these same friends do not respond to messages sent to them. My main purpose on mylot is to meet new people online and hopefully one day we could meet in person. To me it's about discussing important issues, giving or getting advice, sending laughs to people who maybe down. I agree that some people's circumstances may be different and they need to earn money, but I think it's common courtesy to at least respond to personal messages from your friends after you have approved the friendship. Is this what the world has come down to...MONEY??? I will continue to send friend requests and will send personal messages as well as respond to discussions and post discussions. But I am going to start deleting friends who do not respond to messages and keep those who do. Some users even post a discussion and after their so called frieds respond, they don't even post a comment or answer their friend's questions on their own discussions. I have checked a few users and when you look at their discussions, they don't even acknowlege responses received. That is my personal and humble opinion. Any one wish to add????
