does hair stop growing when it has reached its full length? how long can it grow without cutting it? let's discuss!

It never reaches its full length and it never stops growing, or at least I have never heard of it to. I have seen women with hair clear down to their feet. I really think that would be hard to deal with but hey whatever floats their boat!

the longest hair i ever saw a woman wear down is just up to her legs. she says her hair just stopped growing after that.
