Yesterday, I finally managed to push myself to the gym, and did 15 minutes on the trainer. Also did a couple of repetitions on the machines. It's so easy to get fat rather than fit. How do you overcome the inertia?

Well you need to find something motivating. Rather then focusing on losing weight, focusing on something deeper. Find a real reason, something that's not superficial, rather for the good of yourself. There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight, but it'll be so much easier if you have a goal that deeply rooted within yourself. It seems that losing weight can't motivate you hard enough, so you have to dig deeper.

I do workout dvds that I think are fun like tae bo and carmen electra's strip tease video. It makes it easier to get into it and stick with it
