Im a cat person myself we dont own them they tollerate us they are cleaner more independant and if a catlets you know it loves you you are truly blessed!

Hi there...both have advantages and disadvantages, however that's based on the perception of the person who either likes or dislikes them. I personally love them both, however find my lifestyle fits better with a cat. As an animal trainer primarily for exotic cats I have learned to appreciate the feline species more ...observing how exotic cats and domestic cats are nearly similar in so many ways.
