My dog

My dog is a 5 year old minature schnauzer. Anyway, the other day he started limping and his front right paw was bothering him. After walking for a bit, he started walking normally again (in fact he was even running). This morning when he woke up, he started limping again, but periodically he started walking normally. Does anyone know if anything is wrong with him. I checked his paw, and saw nothing poking him.

Im sure what happened is some one wasn't looking where they where going and stepped on his paw, or it got caught in a door as it was closing. It happens all the time so ask the family if that happened. As for the limp check his paw and see if anything feels out of place, or is hurting him. If he has a broken paw you should notice it, and get him to a vet soon.

Well that is good to know. Im sure its nothing serious at all. Just be carefull next time and get it checked out sooner. I had a stray kittenwho had a broken paw for 3 weeks around myneighberhood. it must of been in so much pain, but when it was healed it had a crooked leg. it works it just doesnt look pretty
