What is the best company to work for?

This title sounds like Fortune magazine (ha...ha). But I do want to know what is the best company to work for in your criteria and why? I'm not really sure that surveys done by Fortune magazine are accurate since it may be biased?? What is your opinion?

I think IBM is a really nice company to work for. My friend works there and he was sent abroad for a month just for the training. All expense paid ofcourse. And he said they have really nice benefits.

Yes, you are right. I also think that IBM is the best company to work for. It has been around for long time. I think it is a "god" of high-tech companies.
