Well, personally, I use Yahoo and am gonna activate my Gmail one of these days. I hated Hotmail, it was just too damn moody some days. AOL/AIM mail is OK, but a crappy interface. It depends on your personal preference. If this question is in reference to email client software, I would have to say Gmail, cause the POP access is free; Yahoo charges now.
