To all those out there fighting depression, I am here to tell you that if you get the right meds from your doctor, get some counseling, exercise and get sleep you can start to win the battle against depression. I am in my second week of feeling better and it is great.

No right now. I used to go to a Divorced Fathers Group a few years ago. It was theraputic. I would not mind hooking up with a group, though.

Congratulation... and thanx for writing updates.. we hope and wish you best of eevrything...
yes you are right the best thing to cope with depression is will power and consistent with your goals..and keep yourself busy with healthy activities... will really led you feel special and you feel top of the world in the end of the day...
