+,-,! rating on the right side of a post.Whats it?

it is so you or anyone else can give someone a positive or negative rating to their post and the ! is if you want to report a poster for something against the guidelines. giving people positive ratings is a good thing and i do it regularly to different discussions. but i dont give negative ratings for those responses i just dont agree with as they may have a valid point...i use it more for if someone does a one word post or is derogatory etc to someone or a group.
