Nerves!!

What is going on with me!? Does anyone else get terribly nervous sometimes i think its ruining my life! I used to get awfully nervous as a child but I seem to have it under control for the most part but when something important is about to happen say a job interview etc... it all comes flooding back like i have no control over it! Does anyone have any advice for over coming this problem, any info much appreciated!
