I wanna go fishing!!!!

Here in Ireland, there is not much difference between our Summer and Winter. We get lousy weather no matter what time of year it is. My back garden gets water logged even in Summer so I can't sit out even in the odd bit of sun that might stray into our country. I would need to grow webbed feet to even atempt to go into it in Winter. Still, the fishemen find it great for fishing at any time of year, as the canals never freeze up and lots of tourists come here just for the fishing. Shall I expect to see you here soon??

I very much agree that summer time is great, all the boating and fishing. I enjoy sitting on the banks and fishing. My parents also have a pontoon boat and they love to take my boys and me fishing and out tubing. I think that my favorite thing about summer is... NO SNOW!! lol No really, my favorite thing about summer is the time I get to spend with my children that I normally would not get to spend with them due to school during the day. I also enjoy boating and watching them fly around behind the boat on a tube. It is quite comical. I love the cookouts, and the fireworks. Also my birthday is in the summer time so I get to celebrate two times in the month of july. FUN!! I miss the time with my kids the most though.

I am fortunate in that I live in an area in Canada where I can take 5 minutes to drive to salt water,10 minutes to fresh water,and 30 minutes to ice fishing. Fresh water fishing is what I enjoy the most and I can do it here all-year around(and have caught fish in every month of the year). What I miss most about summer is going to my favorite spot outdoors,take my chair,book and drink,and relax in the warmth.

What I miss about summer is the heat!! It is freezing here in Ohio. I'm sure it is cold where you are too. I miss fishing also. Me and my husband go every summer to a nearby lake. I also miss swimming and just going outside where it's nice and warm. I'm telling you as cold as it is right now I would rather be hot! I wish it was 90 degrees! Where I live it is supposed to be -5 degrees by morning and it is probably that cold now. Brrr. I can't take the cold. I can't wait until Spring and Summer. I miss barbecuing outside and going for rides in the car with the windows down also. :)

Well we fish when we camp. I think we need to get a canoe or something though. Fishing from the banks has proved quite fruitless for us.

fishing. I don't ice fish! too cold! I live in an area of Michigan where I can pull my boat in any direction 6 miles and I will find a lake. Some great bass, bluegill, sunfish, perch, walleye, pike. I am a woman, my husband does not fish, for mothers day 2001 he bought me a bass boat and told me to go relax. Thats what I do. Love to fish!

i miss beaches in summer

I like to go fishing too. I go with my husband and its alot fun. But right now its really cold here. I do miss the summer time I love just running out the door without your coat. I love planting flowers in my garden. I miss taking my cat and letting her take a walk outside with me.

What I miss about summer is swimming, bike riding and taking walks. I hate the winter,wish it was summer all year long here.

Ice fishing is a great past time. Get a little fishing shack with a heater and it is just like home, except no bathroom. LOL. I'm not a big fan of the heat. The only time I enjoy the summer is at the beach or by a pool. MY favorite seasons are spring and fall, but without the summer and winter my life wouldn't be worth living. I could never be a florida girl.

I love gardening, it's kind of cool how you make stuff you can eat. It's better tasting it's healthier. I love Gardening, I keep a small orchard and have a garden and bluberry patches, etc

Fishing, and just being able to go outside and breath air that is not freezing your nostrils together! Sitting in my boat, with a line over the side and watching other boats go by. The gently rocking boat, and the sound of water against it. I think that covers it for now.

Just being able to go outside when I want to and fishing, camping, hiking and biking is what I miss most about summer

I did some ice fishing a few weekends ago and that was really fun. I'm so excited for it to warm up so I can start fishing bright and early on nice spring/summer mornings!

Fishing is fun but I don't live that close to a place that I can fish. The things that I miss most about summer is being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and working in my garden attempting to grow vegtables.

LOL! I thought that I was one of the few females out there who liked fishing. I'm still not sure if I like baiting the hook, lol.. but I enjoy fishing. I honestly don't know why, I just do. But I would always want to re-release the fish. I have to admit, I miss the summer, as well. Summer time is pretty much my favorite time of the year. I like to go to the live shows out at our local amusement park. Music and dancing, what more can you ask for? LOL.. seriously, I've been doing it for a long time, and I go to other live theatre stuff in the winter. I'm just a theatre junkie! ^_^

I want to go fishing too!!!!! I love the snow, but we really haven't had any and I miss fishing! So do my three boys.
