i think this signifies woman at top and powerful positions.
pink is the color of feminism, pajamas show the comfortability and red fort signifies responsibility with power and position.
so, according to me, this phrase signifies that today woman are capable, strong and comfortable enough to reach the top powerful positions and do justice to them.
