Just wondering why are there people who prefer abortion than let the child see the world. If in case it was an accident that you are not yet prepared, then why did you do? Shy? because you dont want to be a single parent? If that is the case, then why did you not think first before you do it.

Why did I end up NOT giving birth...or as you put it "let the child see the world" becuase I had just buried one which caused SERIOUS trauma to my family...Believe me, deciding to abort was VERY difficult and a painful decision to have to make HOWEVER due to all that went on, it was DEFINATELY THE RIGHT CHOICE... If I had gotten preg from being raped either time I also would have aborted...dealing with being raped is traumatic enough without adding that to the equation... Until you or any other naysayer experiences and goes through what I did after the two rapes or wht my family and I did after losing my son..and I mean EXACTLY goes through, feelings, after effects etc to a T - THEN AND ONLY THEN will I really give their opinion a fighting chance.....

I really can't understand why people chose to lose a life as if you are removing a part of your body. remember, removing a child in your womb? can you imagine that?

Of course you have to do! It is part of your body. Hello? Aside from that, are you not afraid? Another thing, you're removing a child, a life.

"Of course you have to do!" Um, no I don't. "It is part of your body. Hello?" Exactly. As such, it falls under the jurisdiction of my choices. I choose to remove it. It has no right to live in my body against my will. Same as any parasite or cancer. "Aside from that, are you not afraid?" Afraid of what? It's not an invasive procedure and there are many reputably sterile clinics I can go to to get it done. There's nothing to be afraid of. "Another thing, you're removing a child, a life." Nope, I'm removing an embryo, a potential life. And potential doesn't mean jack. Sorry.

I think that the choice to have an abortion is critical. You're right that it's stupidity that allows an unplanned pregnany in the first place (but not always!). I've seen too many children be abused and neglected, because their parents didn't really want them. It's better for a child to never see the world than to see the ugly side at such an innocent and impressionable age.

Actually that is the problem among parents, who do not know the responsibility. Those are the parents who just think their selves only.

Please don't get me wrong... I am not refering you as a stupid person. Please don't get me wrong... I am referring to those people who prefer abortion and not facing the consequence of having a child.

I only believe in abortion in the following situations. 1) A child or highschool student gets pregnant by accident, and doesn't want to ruin her life 2) A woman is raped 3) The pregnancy will kill the baby or the mother

Um, yeah it is an accident. You think they wanted their birth control to fail? They did it on purpose? Sorry, but no. Driving a car means someone might hit you, but they still call them accidents, right? The woman didn't ask to be raped or conceive, either. And the fetus doesn't even know it exists yet, so it's the woman's choice.

Hey, are you not afraid to let the child be abort? The child is innocent and he/she never wants it. Are you not afraid in God?

A child or highschool students gets pregnant by accident, and doesn't ruin her life. - accident with his boyfriend? that is not an accident, that is their choice. 2. A woman raped. -it is not the child's want to be born. It is not his will.

The only case when I will accept an abortion of my and my girlfriend's/wife's child is the serious risk of health for the mother or the inevitable incurable disease of the child.

whatever the result of the child, it is still an innocent being. If ever you got into the serious one, then take the risk.

i think your last sentence is the answer....THEY DONT THINK! which is really stupid! an adult should be able to consider the situtation and its possible outcomes and then make the right choice..however many dont seem to want to bother with this...and most teens think they are impervious, and it wont happen to them! stupid. i support abortion for the sake of a couple of reasons. Pregnancy by rape/molestation. Medical complications that are life threatening to either mother or child. and the fact that its the womans body, therefore her choice ultimatly. it drives me nuts thinking about all the teen pregnancies that happen everyday due to stupid decisions!

there are teens who do not know what they are doing that is why at the end of the day, they went to abortion.

I think those who choose abortion have their reasons, and they are reluctant.Maybe we can't forgive them, but we should understand them.

Why would you assume they are reluctant? I don't think any pro-choice person gives a rats a$$ if you can forgive or understand why some women choose to terminate. What matters is that even if you do not understand, agree or believe the same way I do, that you respect that I have the right to make my choices for myself. I may not agree with your beliefs either & that's OK, I know the right thing to do is to not impose my beliefs on you. That's what choice comes down to.

technically speaking , abortion is not a allowable and required one. but in this modern world, people go for this because , they do not want to hav the child for certain reason . but this is highly idotic also. when u do not want to hav this child, they why u hav arranged this situation ? at that time where gone your brain. this has become a play in modern world

Are you not afraid to abort a child? wake up, you're not removing a cease or a cancer in your body, you are going to remove a life. If ever due to circumstances that you got pregnant, friendly advice, better to let the baby live and let somebody love it rather that abortion.

My comment? I would rather lose my job and my career than lose a life of an innocent one. I believe I can stil find another job and chance my carreer into better one, but I can never bring back a life of an innocent baby who may become a successful individual someday. Somebody who will love you as a mom that your career and money can't buy.

There are lots of reasons why people opt for abortion. although some of these reasons are not really that plausible, some are actually very reasonable. Note that there are people who are medically at risk that they should never give birth at all. In cases like these, abortion may be the only option available.
