Lawmakers in California are trying to get a bill approved that would make spanking a child up to 3 years old against the law. Breaking this law would result in fines and mandatory parenting classes. Do you agree with this? Jay Leno mentioned this the other night and said "Parents will drive their kids to Nevada to whip their behinds."
