can you really make it to drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday?

i really try to incorporate the habit of drinking 8-12 glasses of water everyday, but sometimes i just can't do it. when i wake up in the morning, i drink 2 glasses or more. and in around 9:00 in the morning, i take another glass, then another glass for every succeeding hour, when lunch break comes, i have taken in a total of 5 glasses.
for the rest of the day, 1 glass again per hour. it depends if my body can still take in more fluid.
but there are just days that i'm pre-occupied with so much work that i fail to follow this routine. sometimes i also tend to forget.

yeah!! its so easy for me to do that. as soon as i wake up, i drink 2 glasses plus 3 glasses in 3 meals. then 1 glass in the morning, 1 glass in the afternoon, and another glass in the evening. so it all makes 8 glasses a day or more, because i drink water everytime i feel thirst. drinking plenty af water is a healthy habit.

When I am at office I have this water jug about a liter capacity. I usually fill it up when i get to office then slowly drink it up the whole day. There are days that I am able to consume about a liter and some days about two liters but on the average I am able to consume about a liter a day of water.
But when I am at home I seem to be a bit lazy drinking a lot of water I do drink when I feel drinking not like in the office it has become a habit of mine to always make a sip or two drinking water.

i believe that it isn't a waste of time, it's for your own good my friend. maybe you don't have to care about counting your glasses when you already have a drinking habbit, there's no problem with that. but some people like me that sometimes tends to forget to drink alot have to observe her/his glasses everyday. anyway there's nothing to lose in counting how many glasses you've drinking everyday, and trying to complete 8-12 glasses. we all know that it's healthy.

you know, you don't get me. you're funnier than me. i'm talking about completing the 8 glasses a day. not all people complete that by drinking only when they get thirsty, 1, 2, 3, glasses is enough to some people to quench their thirst. i'm sure you still don't understand me, and you will never ever understand me. you are close minded. that's all.

Yes I can do with that. Usually it is adviceble that we must intake atleast two to three glasses of water in the early morning. In the afternoon, have atleast five to six glasses. And in the night, before you sleep have some two to three glasses of water. Never drink water only when you are thirsty. Never leave your throat to ask for water.
