Is here anyone familiar with the illness called " essential trombocytose"?

Costello, I'm not sure but I believe the diagnosis you are asking about is essential thrombocytosis, if this is not the correct disease you are looking for I apologise. Thrombocytosis is an excessive count of platelets, which as you know helps with blood coagulation.
