is taco bell safe to eat now?

i think its very safe already 'coz they are so vigilant now adays after the e.coli incident.... anywhere we can get e. coli & it was just that taco bell was a victim of those lettuce or onions source. just prefer homemade foods then just on occasions for to-go or meals from restaurants to be much safer.
