diet or exercise?

Which one do you prefer to do in losing/gaining weight?

we should do both together , but i think diet is more important , 1200 calory in a day can be good target , good luck

For me, I prefer loosing weight...Even though eventually I can loose weight by dieting, exercise is good for toning and burning calories therefore both is good for me..
