Is Indian railway truely in profit.

ya... indian railway is truely in profit.... bcoz many ppl travel by railway everyday

in the earlier days people did not show interest in travelling by train but due to the problems such as trafficjams and rush busses and considering the time factor people are preferring travelling byu train . and because of efficient management of the system of the railway department by him also they are attracted towards it i think he is also responsible for this success.

Is Indian railway truely in profit well this is 100% true and no imaginary figures. By the by U know How this has been achieved by Lallu prasad yadav. do u think it is due to his sincere efforts. or his teams'; great work. answer is NO even u and i become Railway minister today , we can achieve this becoz there is no initial investment cost to this present government . only maintenance expenses., that too they hav give the same to contractors. then wht is left out . only profit

It may be...why not? the railways take as penalty of wrong ticket from u rs 250 + .... so it might be possible.....

Ya it is true that the Indian Railways are in profit. Mr. Lalu had taken so many steps for doing this thing. He supervised each and every thing and took the Indian Railways here that it is earning so much.
