and my friend is the type of person who won't stop if she doesn't believe you, you will certainly hear about it.
A long time ago, I remember weighing myself on a digital scale, 159 when I go to sleep... when I wake up, after peeing, I remember I weight 154 and she won't believe me.
Anyway, last year after I was seriously wanting to lose weight, I lost 8 lbs in one week. But I do know that the longer you are losing weight, the less and less weight you will lose. She won't believe me because she said on tv, they were saying that you should only lose 2 lbs a week, that losing more means something bad. She won't leave me alone and I'm not lying.
I also told her that I drink so much water that's probably why. What do you guys know about this? Please share your opinions. Thank you.

i think too water in your body can actually add up to your weight but once you get rid of that through perspiration or urination, you will notice a very minimal change in your weight.
i read somewhere that water intake can hasten up our metabolism and help eliminate fats. so by drinking water we are actually helping ourselves loose weight.
about the message you sent, i always rate my friends with positive rating, same is true with discussions. so you don't have to worry. take care.
