What do you do with your old computer hardware?

I have a corner of my flat that is steadily growing - it is where I stack all my old computer hardware and equipment. I ahve two old Apple Mac Power Pcs and a six year old Athlon 1800+ PC I have been stripping down - I therefore also have three monitors, printers, miles of cables, drives, storage, etc. I don't want to put this stuff in the bin but I live in London and there is no dump nearby and I don't have a car or anything to take the stuff to a dump - what do I do with it all? I have been ebaying off some of the stuff but most of it just isn't worth anything and even if it was it is heavy and the psotage would make it not worth selling on ebay. What do you do with old computer gear?

Something you might want to consider is to get yourself an arcade emulator such as mame32. with mame32 you can play old arcade classics like mortal kombat and street fighter on one of your old computers. once you have mame32 running on your old pc you might even want to consider building it into a box like the old arcade machines of years past. it would make the perfect toy for when your mates come around for a drink.
