Hi, firstly, you should consult your doctor before going on any kind of weight loss regime. You should aim to drink at least 2 litres (about 8 glasses) of water each day, 5 portions of fruit and veg, and protein. Keep carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) to a minimum. Exercise is also very helpful. If you aren't used to it, start off slow, with walking for about 20 minutes a day. Up this after a couple weeks, and do some cardio, such as jogging, aerobics, going to the gym. Toning exercises, including weights are also good, to get tone up your muscles.
Good luck!

Do not ever take heed of short cuts to losing weight. Such can be dangerous. Have you heard of someone dying because of diet pills?
Go to the gym and enroll in a program. They will devise a program most suitable to you. You may also consult a doctor so you can get his expert opinion on what things you should do to enhance the losing of weight you are expecting to achieve through gymming without adverse effects on your health taking place.
