As a beginner you should focus on responding to discussions morethen posting them. You can start by posting 2-3 good quality and descriptive discussions that will help and be useful to others and respond to 30-40 discussions a day, and respont to them with quality answers(write at least 2-3 lines to every discussion you respond to). Reply to all people that responds to your answers and rate them as well. Try to make friends and accept friend request from others.
