how important is excursion

i think taking a break from daily activities is very important for a healthy life. Going out for a little outing always refreshes you. Some ppl say it costs a lot. in your opinion how many times a month one should mov out for ercursion/picnic and in company of whom, i.e, friends or family

I think, for me and my family it is very important. Yes, it is expensive to go on a trip but you don't always have to go on a trip to have a good time with your family. We usually try to go to the park with the kids on the weekends and stay there for a couple hours, take some food and let the kids ride their bikes or play for hours. We go camping, go out to family barbecues, stuff like that is our excursion.

Excursion is very important in the school life. when we are studying in school, when we go to excursion we know something about the outside world and we practically prepared to face any thing. we can be moulded better if we get a practical knowledge instead of knowing each & everything theoretically
