succesful marriage?

My cousin just turned 22 and announced that he intends to marry his 20 year old girlfriend. I dont know why but i feel that he is still way too young to get married. i think my main concern is that they still havent had the time to really get to know themselves, maybe im just being overly concerned, what are your thoughts on early marriages?
